Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 08/18/2025

1. Introduction

AudioMaster.ai ("we," "us," "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding data collection, storage, and usage related to your interaction with our services.

By using AudioMaster.ai, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Collection and Storage

a. User Identification

We do not collect, store, or manage personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, phone number, physical address, or payment details. Account authentication relies on Google OAuth, with users identified through anonymized hashes from Google at sign-in.

b. Uploaded and Rendered Audio Files

Audio files uploaded to AudioMaster.ai are temporarily stored on HuggingFace Space infrastructure only during rendering operations. Upon upload, files route through their primary HuggingFace Space, functioning as a load balancer.

Processing infrastructure uses a tiered system:

  • Primary Processing: AudioMaster.ai Managed GPU server
  • Secondary Processing: HuggingFace Spaces (GPU or Zero instances)
  • Backup Processing: CPU-based HuggingFace Space (when primary and secondary unavailable)

All uploaded audio files and rendered outputs are maintained on a temporary basis and are periodically deleted during server maintenance, system reboots, or when storage limits are reached. The service does not permanently store, archive, or backup audio files.

Uploaded files are never used for model training, algorithm development, or purposes beyond fulfilling the immediate rendering request. Audio processing occurs exclusively within our controlled infrastructure and is not transmitted to third-party services beyond those necessary for software operation.

Users must maintain their own copies of files, as AudioMaster.ai provides no permanent storage or recovery services.

3. Tracking and Analytics

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager monitor website usage and marketing effectiveness, providing aggregated, non-identifiable data. The service does not directly store or access personal data collected by Google.

Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for their data handling details.

4. System and Service Logs

The system automatically generates logs containing IP addresses, filenames of uploaded audio, timestamps, and access patterns. Logs serve exclusively for technical diagnostics, security, and administrative purposes, with periodic purging during routine server maintenance.

To maintain and improve service quality, the mastering system also logs non-identifiable technical metadata associated with each render request, including file characteristics (duration, sample rate, format, number of channels, file size), render settings selected by the user, processing time, and anonymized account identifiers. No audio content is retained in these logs. This data is used solely for service reliability monitoring, performance optimization, and fraud or abuse prevention.

5. Information We Do Not Track or Store

AudioMaster.ai explicitly does not collect or store:

  • Your name or email address
  • Your telephone number or physical address
  • Your payment or financial details
  • Your uploaded audio or music files beyond the duration of the rendering process
  • Audio content for model training, algorithm development, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your render request
  • Any other personal identifiable information

6. Third-Party Services and Policies

Interactions with third-party services (such as Google) are governed by their respective privacy policies. AudioMaster.ai assumes no responsibility for third-party practices or policies.

7. Security Measures

Industry-standard security protocols protect data from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This Privacy Policy provides informational content reflecting intended data handling practices. While accuracy is pursued, AudioMaster.ai disclaims liability for errors, omissions, or misunderstandings in this document. The service is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance upon this policy.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The service reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates appear on this page with an amended effective date. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
