AudioMaster.ai Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 08/18/2025

1. Introduction

AudioMaster.ai ("we," "us," "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding data collection, storage, and usage related to your interaction with our services.

By using AudioMaster.ai, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Collection and Storage

a. User Identification

We do not collect, store, or manage personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, phone number, physical address, or payment details. Account authentication is managed via Google OAuth, and users are represented exclusively by anonymized hashes provided by Google at sign-in.

b. Uploaded and Rendered Audio Files

Audio files uploaded to AudioMaster.ai are temporarily stored on our HuggingFace Space infrastructure solely for the duration required to complete rendering operations. Upon upload, files are routed through our primary HuggingFace Space, which functions as a load balancer to optimize processing efficiency.

Our processing infrastructure utilizes a tiered system to ensure service availability:

All uploaded audio files and rendered outputs are maintained on a temporary basis and are periodically deleted during server maintenance, system reboots, or when storage limits are reached. AudioMaster.ai does not permanently store, archive, or backup audio files. Furthermore, uploaded audio files are never utilized for model training, algorithm development, or any purpose other than fulfilling the immediate rendering request. Audio files are processed exclusively within our controlled infrastructure and are not transmitted to, shared with, or processed by any third-party services or entities other than those necessary for the operation of our software infrastructure. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own copies of uploaded and rendered files, as AudioMaster.ai does not provide permanent file storage or recovery services.

3. Tracking and Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor website usage and marketing effectiveness. These tools provide aggregated, non-identifiable data. We do not directly store or access personal data collected by Google.

Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for detailed information on their data handling practices.

4. System Logs

Our system automatically generates logs containing IP addresses, filenames of uploaded audio, timestamps, and access patterns. Logs are utilized exclusively for technical diagnostics, security, and administrative purposes. They are periodically purged as part of our routine server maintenance.

5. Information We Do Not Track or Store

AudioMaster.ai explicitly does not collect or store:

6. Third-Party Services and Policies

Interactions with third-party services (such as Google) are governed by their respective privacy policies. AudioMaster.ai assumes no responsibility for third-party practices or policies.

7. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security protocols designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This Privacy Policy is provided for informational purposes and reflects our intended data handling practices. Although we strive for accuracy, AudioMaster.ai disclaims liability for errors, omissions, or misunderstandings in this document. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance upon this policy.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an amended effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
